Colony characteristics
Colonies (YPGA, 1 wk, 25°C) with restricted growth, cream to beige, membranous, rough, somewhat fissured near the margin.
Microscopy
Septate hyphae abundant, septate every 20-30 μm, 1.0-2.5 μm wide, producing spherical to ellipsoidal conidia measuring 2–4 × 1.5–3.0 μm. Hyphae sometimes disarticulating into long arthroconidia. Appressoria absent.
