Case description | A 3-year-old, male, Groenendael dog with weight loss during the last year One sub-cutaneous nodule was observed on the nose (planum nasale) The dog presented neurological signs (ataxia, amaurosis, torticollis) with a progressive worsening in the last 2 months MRI scanner revealed a multifocal meningo-encephalomyelitis (cerebral trunk, cervical and thoracolumbar spinal cord) The hypothesis of dysimmunity disorder was first considered. Following the administration of immunosuppressive doses of corticosteroids, a rapid degradation of the clinical signs (including bilateral uveitis and nephritis) was reported |
